Welcome to MediFlow24. We value our customers and strive to provide the best healthcare services. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making any transactions.
1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Patients may reschedule their online or offline consultation appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any fee.
If a rescheduling request is made after the stipulated time, it will be subject to availability.
To reschedule an appointment, please log in to your account or contact our support team at [support@mediflow24.com].
No Refund Policy – Payments for consultations are non-refundable. However, rescheduling is allowed as per the above terms.
2. Doctor Subscription Plans (Basic, Standard, Premium)
The Basic Plan is free and does not require any payment.
Standard and Premium plan subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.
Doctors may upgrade their plans at any time, and changes will take effect immediately.
Subscription cancellations will prevent auto-renewal but will not result in a refund for any remaining period.
3. Payment Disputes
In case of any payment disputes or unauthorized transactions, customers are advised to contact our billing department at [billing@mediflow24.com] within 2 days.
MediFlow24 reserves the right to investigate and process refunds based on the legitimacy of the claim.
